Returns and Guarantees

We hope that you will be delighted with the high quality of our products and service. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we do offer our customers a no quibbles money back guarantee.

We try our best to be as accurate as possible when describing and photographing our items, however because wood is a natural material, wooden items may vary in shade and colouring. We feel this is part of the appeal and beauty of real wooden toys and games and we hope you will appreciate this too. We will offer you a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer) if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that postage charges will only be refunded if items are found to be faulty or broken or if you have reasonable grounds to believe that the item has been
inaccurately described on our website. Please contact us as soon as you discover an item is faulty or broken so that we can arrange for an immediate refund or replacement. Note: If you return an item simply because it is unwanted, we regret that postage costs cannot be refunded. Unwanted items must be returned within 8 days at the customer's expense. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery.
