Postage Rates

Orders will normally be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared, however please allow 8 working days for your delivery to arrive.

If you need your order in a particular hurry, please email us through the contact page  and we will do our best to speed up your  delivery.

We like to use recycled packaging like used boxes and cardboard. This saves us and you money and avoids waste. We hope you will appreciate this gesture.

Christmas Posting times: To ensure deliveries in time for Christmas and to avoid disappointment, we advise you to complete your order before December 18th. You are welcome to place Christmas orders after this date, but we regret  we cannot guarantee delivery times in this case.

For orders up to £5.00 - postage will be £1.99

For orders  over  £5.00  and up to £15.00  postage will be £2.99

For orders over £15.00 and up to £25.00 - postage will be £4.99

For orders over £25.00 and up to £50.00 - postage will be £5.99

For orders over £50.00  - postage will be £10.99

For deliveries within England / Wales / Northern Island /  Scotland including Highlands &Islands / Isles of Scilly / Isle of Man and Channel Isles we use Royal Mail First Class post for parcels weighing up to 2kg. We use Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service for parcels weighing over 2kg. Royal Mail states one working day for delivery and Standard Parcels usually deliver within 3 days working days. However, as we cannot guarantee delivery times for these services, please allow 8 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Note: If you have not received your order within 8 working days of your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What happens if you are not in when you parcel arrives?

If your item is too big to fit through the letter box, the postman will either:

1. Try to leave the parcel with a neighbour 

2. Leave a Calling Card asking you to either pick your parcel up from your local sorting office or telephone to arrange for another delivery time.

Buying from overseas:  If you are buying from overseas, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to give you a quote for the correct postage costs for your parcel. Wooden items are quite heavy so it is important that you let us calculate your postage before you commit to buy.
