We  try our best to be as accurate as possible when describing and photographing our items, however because wood is a natural material, wooden items may vary in shade and colouring.  We feel this is part of the appeal and beauty of real wooden toys and games and we hope you will appreciate this too.

We will offer you a full refund or replacement (whichever you prefer) if you are not entirely satisfied with your order. Please note that postage charges will only be refunded if items are found to be faulty or broken or if you have reasonable grounds to believe that  the item has been inaccurately described on our website.
Please contact us as soon as you discover an item is faulty or broken so that we can arrange for an immediate refund.
If you return an item simply because it is unwanted, we regret that postage costs cannot be refunded. Unwanted items must be returned at your own expense within 8 days, in their original packaging, in the same condition they were at the time of delivery.
